My first impression wasn’t great, and that definitely made me a little skeptical right away. Some of the authors did come across as knowledgeable and reliable, but others didn’t give me the same confidence. I found myself checking their backgrounds just to feel better about trusting the information.

I placed my order and expected to be checking my email over and over, but the tracking updates started coming in fast. It was nice knowing where my package was without having to wonder or chase anything down...

I was surprised by how much FaithGateway has. There are books, devotionals, kids’ items, Bible studies, gifts, all of it. I found something for myself and my mom easily, and you don’t have to bounce around a bunch of different sites to find what you need

I actually liked some of the Bible study materials and thought the site would be straightforward to use. What I didn’t expect was how annoying the subscription side would be. It renewed before I realized it, and I don’t remember seeing a clear reminder beforehand. When I tried to cancel, it took more time than I expected, and support was a bit slow getting back to me. Overall, the content isn’t bad, but the subscription experience didn’t match what I thought I was signing up for. I probably wouldn’t join again unless they make the billing and cancellation process a lot clearer.

It was okay overall. Some of the devotionals really connected with me, but others didn’t quite line up with where I’m at theologically. it might’ve just been bad timing on my part, because I can see how it could hit differently in another season...
